* VISIBILITIES...BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST EARLY THIS MORNING...THEN
  GRADUALLY DISSIPATE AFTER MID-MORNING.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG WILL CAUSE FREQUENT REDUCTIONS IN
  VISIBILITY. IF TRAVELING...PREPARE FOR RAPID CHANGES IN
  VISIBILITY.
