* TIMING...Winds will increase significantly Thursday as another
  system moves into the region.

* WINDS...Southwest to west winds Thursday with gusts up to 60
  mph possible.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may damage or displace unsecured
  outdoor structures. Strong crosswinds will make travel
  difficult for high profile vehicles. Strong winds on area
  lakes will make for dangerous boating conditions. Localized
  blowing dust will result in pockets of low visibility.
