ACROSS THE NORTHERN GULF THROUGH SAT MORNING PRECEDED BY
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. SE FRESH TO STRONG RETURN
FLOW WILL THEN DOMINATE ACROSS THE WESTERN GULF THROUGH SUN.
