.SYNOPSIS... A SURFACE RIDGE OVER THE NRN OFFSHORE WATERS WILL SHIFT
E OF THE AREA ON SUNDAY AS A FRONT ENTERS THE NW WATERS. THE FRONT
WILL TRANSITION TO A SHEAR LINE BY MONDAY AS A STRONG HIGH BUILDS NW
OF THE AREA. THE HIGH WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...AND THEN WEAKEN RAPIDLY ON THURSDAY. THE NEW HIGH WILL
PRODUCE GALE FORCE TRADE WINDS FROM MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY WHILE ALSO
PUSHING THE SHEAR LINE S OVER THE ISLANDS. A LARGE WNW SWELL WILL
BUILD SUNDAY AND PEAK SUNDAY NIGHT.
