.SYNOPSIS...The 992 mb low 150 nm west of St Matthew Island will
drift slowly north tonight and merge with low pressure over east
Siberia  Wednesday. A second weather front associated with this
low will  lift north through the Bering Sea and west coast
tonight and  tomorrow.
