New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... High pressure moving E over
the offshore waters this morning, will move off to the E of the
area later this afternoon into tonight ahead of a cold front.
This front will cross the waters Wed into Wed night as developing
low pressure moves NE and near Georges Bank early Wed night. The
low will pass well E and NE of Georges Bank late Wed night and
Thu as high pressure builds E across the waters. The high will
weaken later Thu and Thu night as another cold front approaches
the coast from the NW. The front will move E across the waters
Fri before weak high pressure moves E over the area Fri night.
Another cold front will move E across the waters later Sat and
Sat night.
