West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will move slowly
southeast through tonight and Wednesday while weakening, stalling
off of the Carolina coast through Thursday as high pressure
builds south over the mid-Atlantic. Low pressure approaches the
mid-Atlantic coast from the west Friday, moving east and
gradually pushing another cold front south into the southern
waters Saturday and Sunday. This front will then stall off of
the southeast coast late Sunday, while weak high pressure builds
off of the mid-Atlantic coast.
