West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strong high pressure will persist
just E of the area today through Sat while gradually becoming
weaker and drifting W, then will shift SE of the waters late Sat
through Sun night while continuing to weaken. A cold front will
move into the northern waters late tonight into Thu, stall Thu
and Thu night, then lift back N of the area Fri. Another cold
front will move into the far northern portions Sat, stall Sat
night, and then lift NE across the northern waters as a warm
front Sun into Sun night. Developing low pressure will move NE
along the northern Mid Atlantic and New England coasts Sun night
while pulling a cold front E across the waters.
