THE CENTRAL AND NRN WATERS TUE NIGHT. THE LOW WILL MERGE WITH THE
COLD FRONT OVER THE NRN WATERS WED...THEN MOVE E AND NE OF THE
AREA WED NIGHT AND THU AS THE FRONT REMAINS STATIONARY ACROSS THE
NRN WATERS WED NIGHT INTO FRI. THE FRONT WILL THEN LIFT N OF THE
