.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strengthening low pressure over
Nova Scotia will move NE away from the waters today as high
pressure builds E into the northern and central portions. The
high will move E over the northern waters tonight into Fri as low
pressure organizes over the southern portion. The low will track
NE from the southern waters Fri, pass just E of the S and central
portions Fri night into Sat, and strengthen E of the NE portion
later Sat as a cold front approaches the coast from the NW. The
front will cross the waters Sat night as the low continues to
intensify to the E and NE of Georges Bank. The front will pass SE
of the waters Sun as high pressure builds E toward the coast. The
high will begin to slowly move offshore Sun night into Mon, and
cross the waters late Mon and Mon night.
