.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak low pressure
trough will persist along the Oregon and Washington coasts today
into tonight before dissipating, while another trough forms near
Vancouver Island. The trough will persist through thu night while
high pressure west of the waters slowly builds E towards the
region.
