SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A LOW PRES TROUGH
WILL WEAKEN OVER THE WATERS TODAY AS A HIGH PRES RIDGE BUILDS
ACROSS THE REGION. THE RIDGE WILL WEAKEN TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT
APPROACHES THE AREA. THE FRONT WILL MOVE E INTO THE WASHINGTON
WATERS TUESDAY WHILE WEAKENING. INTENSIFYING LOW PRES WILL TRACK
NE INTO THE WASHINGTON WATERS TUE NIGHT WHILE PULLING A COLD
FRONT INTO THE AREA. THE LOW WILL MOVE INLAND OVER VANCOUVER
ISLAND WED WHILE THE COLD FRONT MOVES S OF THE AREA. ANOTHER LOW
PRES TROUGH WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS WED NIGHT AS A HIGH PRES
RIDGE BUILDS W OF THE REGION. THE RIDGE WILL BUILD E INTO THE
AREA THU INTO FRI NIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE NW
PORTION FRI AND FRI NIGHT.
