SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A LOW PRES TROUGH
OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TODAY WILL WEAKEN TONIGHT. A STRONG RIDGE
W OF THE WATERS ALONG 140W WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUN NIGHT...THEN
WILL WEAKEN MON AND MON NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES. THE
FRONT WILL DISSIPATE TUE AND TUE NIGHT AS IT NEARS THE OFFSHORE
WATERS AND HIGH PRES BUILDS ACROSS THE NW PORTION. HIGH PRES WILL
SPRED THROUGHOUT THE REGION WED AND WED NIGHT.
