Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong cold front
will move E across the waters tonight into Sun as developing low
pressure races NE along the front. A low pressure trough will
move across the N waters Sun into Sun night. A weak high pressure
ridge will build NE over the waters Mon and move inland by Mon
night. Intensifying low pressure approaching from the SW Mon
night will move N and pass just W of the outer waters on Tue,
then continue lifting N of the area Tue night. Another low will
approach the area on Wed and track across the Washington waters
Wed night into Thu. A high pressure ridge will then build NE over
the SE portion Thu night.
