.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pres trough near the
northern California coast will persist through Wed night. High
pres W of the waters will slowly strengthen tonight into Sun
night. The high will then drift farther W Mon through Tue night,
then remain nearly stationary Wed and Wed night.
