.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure W of the southern
waters will remain nearly stationary tonight into Tue, then move
S and weaken Tue night through Wed. A cold front will slowly move
SE across the northern waters Tue and Tue night, then continue
across the central and southern waters Wed through Thu. High
pressure will approach from the W on Thu night, then expand
across the central waters and persist Fri through Sat night. A
low pressure trough will strengthen along the southern California
coast Fri and Fri night, then weaken Sat and Sat night.
