.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY TODAY
WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S TO MID 70S. WINDS WILL BE FROM
THE SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 20 MPH IN MOST AREAS. AFTERNOON
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE TO 20 TO 30 PERCENT ACROSS THE
AREA, LOWEST VALUES OVER SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

COOLER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER RH WILL BE FOUND ACROSS NORTHWEST
SD. COOLER AND WETTER CONDITIONS ARRIVE ON MONDAY AND PERSIST
