.DISCUSSION...A SERIES OF WEAK DISTURBANCES WILL CROSS THE AREA
TODAY BRINGING SLIGHT CHANCES FOR RAIN OR SNOW. TEMPERATURES WILL
BE MUCH WARMER TODAY WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 40S TO UPPER 50S.
CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION WILL RETURN FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THERE IS A
CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT AS
A COLD FRONT CROSSES THE AREA. HIGHS FRIDAY WILL BE IN THE MID 60S
TO UPPER 70S.

ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH
POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
