CENTRAL ARKANSAS...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A FIRE WEATHER
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM CST THIS MORNING THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON.

* AFFECTED AREA...IN ARKANSAS...CRAWFORD...FRANKLIN...AND
  SEBASTIAN COUNTIES.

* WIND...NORTHWESTERLY WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AFTERNOON HUMIDITY OF 22 TO 27 PERCENT.

* TEMPERATURE...HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE MID 40S TO NEAR 50.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
