Rainfall is ending across the region as a cold front sweeps offshore.
High pressure building in will keep conditions dry until the weekend.
Heaviest amounts of rainfall over the past 24 hours have been around
one inch, and primarily in the Upper Savannah, Broad, Saluda, Wateree
and Pee Dee Basins. Expect short-term rises but rivers will remain
well below flood stage over the next 48-72 hours as they decrease.
