  For the East Cache Creek near Walters...

* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* The latest stage was 13.11 feet at 7 AM Monday.

* The East Cache Creek is forecast to crest near 15.5 feet
  Monday evening.

* Impact...When the East Cache Creek reaches 16.0 feet near Walters...
  Some inundation of bottomlands may occur along and near the creek
  in southern Comanche County and Cotton County.
