morning fog east, and a chance of light snow in the Black Hills.
Highs upper 30s to lower 40s.
.TONIGHT...Mostly cloudy southeast early. Otherwise mostly clear to
partly cloudy statewide. Lows in the 20s.
.MONDAY...Partly to mostly cloudy. Windy northwest and northeast.
Highs mid 40s to mid 50s.
.TUESDAY...Partly cloudy.  Breezy northeast. Lows lower 20s to lower
30s. Highs mid 30s to mid 40s.
.WEDNESDAY...Partly to mostly cloudy. Snow likely west central at
night, chance of snow elsewhere, perhaps mixed with rain west to
south central in the evening. Breezy east during the day, and
statewide at night. Lows 20 to 30. Highs in the 30s north, to mid
40s to mid 50s south.
.THURSDAY...Partly cloudy northwest and north central. Mostly cloudy
to cloudy elsewhere. Snow likely south half, slight chance of snow
north. Breezy. Lows from 5 to 10 above north, to the lower 20s
