21N. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS AND RAIN ARE SEEN ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF
THIS BOUNDARY TO BEYOND 25N.

A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS NORTHWESTWARD FROM 2N145E TO NEAR YAP AT
8N140E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING NEAR YAP
AND ALONG THE TROUGH BETWEEN 3N AND 9N FROM 138E AND 147E.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF CHUUK...POHNPEI AND KOSRAE WITHIN 100 MILES
OF A LINE FROM 7N149E TO 1N169E.
