A SURFACE TROUGH NEAR MINAMI TORI SHIMA ISLAND EXTENDS EAST FROM
24N148E TO 23N153E. AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW IS CENTERED NEAR 23N153E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN NORTHEAST OF
THE MARIANAS WITHIN 110 MILES OF A LINE FROM 19N150E TO 24N156E.
