WINDS OF 35 MPH. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN NORTHEAST TO SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER WITHIN
240 MILES OF A LINE FROM 8N136E TO 25N147E. THIS INCLUDES PARTS OF
