HEAVY RAIN AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND WITHIN 100 MILES OF THE
CENTER. FARTHER FROM THE CENTER...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE BETWEEN 18N AND 10N FROM 130E TO 142E AND NEAR YAP
