CIRCULATION CENTERED EAST OF GUAM AT 13N149E. THIS SYSTEM IS THE
SUBJECT OF A TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION ALERT ISSUED BY THE JOINT
TYPHOON WARNING CENTER. FOR UPDATES ON THIS SYSTEM...SEE BULLETINS
ISSUED UNDER WMO HEADER WTPN21 PGTW. THE MONSOON TROUGH THEN CURVES
SOUTHEASTWARD TO END NEAR A WEAK CIRCULATION CENTERED NEAR KWAJALEIN
AT 9N166E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND
FROM NEAR YAP TO OVER THE MARIANAS BETWEEN 8N AND 16N FROM 138E TO
146E AND ALSO EAST OF THE MARIANAS WITHIN 175 MILES OF A LINE FROM
14N147E TO 17N154E.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
KWAJALEIN CIRCULATION ARE TAKING PLACE OVER POHNPEI AND KOSRAE IN AN
AREA BOUNDED BY A LINE FROM 15N154E TO 7N168E TO 1N154E BACK TO
15N154E.

AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW IS CENTERED SOUTHWEST OF MINAMI TORI SHIMA AT
20N151E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING
BETWEEN 18N AND 25N FROM 150E TO 155E.
