HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 95 TO 100 ARE OCCURRING THIS AFTERNOON. THE
COMBINATION OF TEMPERATURES IN THE MID 80S TO AROUND 90 AND DEW
POINT VALUES IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S WILL CREATE OPPRESSIVE
HEAT THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING.

STAY HYDRATED THIS AFTERNOON AND TAKE FREQUENT BREAKS IF YOU ARE
ENGAGING IN OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES...SUCH AS SCHOOL SPORTS. HEAT
EXHAUSTION IS POSSIBLE WITH PROLONGED EXPOSURE OR STRENUOUS
