...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN TO AFFECT CHAUTAUQUA AND
WESTERN CATTARAUGUS COUNTY...

AT 9:35 PM EDT...AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA WERE MOVING INTO NEW YORKS WESTERN SOUTHERN TIER. THIS
AREA OF UNSETTLED WEATHER INCLUDES SLOW MOVING TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS
THAT WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SOAK SOME AREAS WITH MORE THAN AN
INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOCALIZED
FLOODING.

AND NEW ALBION.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN EXITS 61 AND 60.
 INTERSTATE 86 BETWEEN EXITS 4 AND 18.
