VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED AT TIMES TO LESS THAN ONE HALF OF A
MILE WITH ROADS BECOMING SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY. ROUTES
1...161 AND 11 WILL BE MOST PRONE TO THE BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW.
