...ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THIS WEEK...

A TROPICAL WAVE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE WESTWARD ACROSS THE COASTAL
WATERS TONIGHT AND THEN INLAND ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS TUESDAY AND
TUESDAY NIGHT. DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL ACCOMPANY THIS TROPICAL
WAVE AND REMAIN IN PLACE FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK.

AS A RESULT...LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR SOUTH TEXAS
FROM TONIGHT THROUGH AT LEAST THURSDAY. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
DURING THIS TIME PERIOD WILL AVERAGE AROUND ONE-HALF TO ONE AND
ONE-HALF INCHES ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA. ISOLATED AMOUNTS BETWEEN
3 AND 6 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE.

DUE TO THE HEAVY RAIN...LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADS AND OTHER LOW
SPOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH TEXAS. RESIDENTS
SHOULD EXERCISE APPROPRIATE ACTION IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR IF A
WARNING IS ISSUED.
