...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN ROCK
ISLAND...SOUTHWESTERN JACKSON...CEDAR...WESTERN SCOTT...SOUTHEASTERN
JONES...MUSCATINE AND WESTERN CLINTON COUNTIES UNTIL 915 PM CDT...

At 852 PM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Lost Nation to near Lowden to near
Rochester to near Conesville. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds up to 35 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Davenport, Muscatine, Maquoketa, Tipton, West Branch, Durant,
Stanwood, West Liberty, Wilton, Walcott, Blue Grass, Buffalo,
Andalusia, Lowden, Wheatland, Olin, Grand Mound, Delmar, Wyoming and
Oxford Junction.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 254 and 290.
 Interstate 280 near mile marker 1.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
