GRAND COUNTIES UNTIL 1030 PM MDT...

AT 951 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 36 MILES NORTHEAST OF GREEN
RIVER TO 17 MILES SOUTH OF CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK...AND MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.  HEAVY
RAIN SHOWERS WITH A QUARTER INCH OF RAINFALL IN 15 TO 30 MINUTES
WILL BE POSSIBLE.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... MOAB...CASTLE VALLEY...LA
SAL...SPANISH VALLEY...CRESCENT JUNCTION...THOMPSON
SPRINGS...CISCO...LA SAL JUNCTION...ARCHES NATIONAL PARK AND DEAD
HORSE POINT STATE PARK.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 15 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
