NORTHERN CRAWFORD...WESTERN LINCOLN...MONTGOMERY...FRANKLIN AND
WARREN COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...SOUTH CENTRAL PIKE COUNTY
IN NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI AND GASCONADE COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL
MISSOURI UNTIL 430 AM CDT...

At 343 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles northeast of Chamois to near
Steelville. Movement was northeast at 65 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Washington, Union, Warrenton, Sullivan, St. Clair, Cuba, Wright City,
Montgomery City, Owensville, Hermann, New Haven, Steelville, Bourbon,
Villa Ridge, Gerald, Marthasville, New Florence, Jonesburg, Truesdale
and Hawk Point.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 44 in Missouri between exits 208 and 247.
 Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 170 and 200.

This also includes  Onondaga Cave State Park, Deutschheim Historic
Site, Graham Cave State Park, and Meramec State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
