At 411 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Baxter, or 8 miles northeast of Smithville, moving
northeast at 50 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Algood, Baxter, Center Hill Lake, Burgess Falls State
Park, Rickman and Edgar Evans State Park.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.
