...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN RANDOLPH
AND POCAHONTAS COUNTIES...

At 743 AM EST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Snowshoe to 6 miles west of Mountain
Grove. Movement was northeast at 55 mph.

Winds of 30 to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

These storms will be near...
  Cass Scenic Railroad and Snowshoe around 750 AM EST.
  Greenbank around 755 AM EST.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Edray, Dunmore,
Arbovale, Cheat Bridge, Mingo, Bartow, Slaty Fork, Durbin, Minnehaha
Springs and Frost.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
briefly cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
