BY MONSOON WINDS SOUTHWEST OF THE MARIANAS WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS
SURF ALONG SOUTH FACING REEFS THROUGH THURSDAY. THERE WILL BE A
MODERATE RISK OF LIGHTNING THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
