.SYNOPSIS...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE WILL RETREAT OUT OF THE CENTRAL AND
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT.  HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL WARM TO NEAR
70 SUNDAY AND INTO THE LOW 70S ON MONDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT. AT THIS TIME IT APPEARS THE RAIN
SHOWERS WILL HOLD OFF ON MONDAY UNTIL MONDAY NIGHT. WENT
CONSIDERABLY DRIER AND WARMER FOR MONDAY...RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO
RANGE BETWEEN 40 AND 50 PERCENT FOR THE AFTERNOON.
