DISTURBANCE IS LOCATED MORE THAN 1200 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF
HILO...HAWAII. SURFACE AND UPPER AIR CONDITIONS NEAR THE FEATURE
MAY ALLOW SOME DEVELOPMENT OVER THE NEXT TWO DAYS AS IT EVENTUALLY
HEADS TOWARD THE NORTHWEST.
