* TEMPERATURES: IN THE MID 30S...DROPPING INTO THE MID 20S.

* WINDS: NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH...GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL BEGIN TO MIX WITH SLEET OVER THE NEXT FEW
  HOURS...THEN TRANSITION TO A SNOW/SLEET MIX AFTER 10 AM...BECOMING
  ALL SNOW THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING.

  TRANSITION TO A SNOW/SLEET MIX IS EXPECTED BY LATE
  MORNING...BECOMING ALL SNOW BY MID AFTERNOON THURSDAY THROUGH
  EARLY THURSDAY EVENING.

* ACCUMULATION: SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 5 INCHES IS
  EXPECTED ACROSS THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE LOWER MARYLAND
  EASTERN SHORE. THIS IS EXPECTED TO TAPER TO 2 TO 3 INCHES CLOSER
  TO THE ATLANTIC COAST WHERE MORE PRECIPITATION WILL FALL AS
  SLEET. TRACE AMOUNTS OF ICE ARE POSSIBLE.

* TEMPERATURES: LOW 30S...DROPPING INTO THE MID 20S BY EARLY
  EVENING.
