* IMPACTS...MODERATE. SNOW WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL
  RESULT IN TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES WITH ROADS SNOW COVERED AND
  SLIPPERY. VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF OF A MILE
  AT TIMES.
