...WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 5 INCHES. THE HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE
  IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS AND LOWER AMOUNTS WILL OCCUR IN THE
  VALLEYS...ESPECIALLY AROUND CITIES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL FALL INTERMITTENTLY INTO THE LATE EVENING.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED ROADS COULD BE SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
  SOME AREAS WILL SEE THE SNOW MELT AS IT FALLS DURING THE DAY
  SINCE THE TEMPERATURE WILL HOVER WITHIN A DEGREE OR TWO OF
  FREEZING.
