* TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES TOTAL...WITH THE HIGHEST
  AMOUNTS OVER THE LAUREL HIGHLANDS AND SOUTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVER THE CENTRAL
  MOUNTAINS AND ALLEGHENIES THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. HOWEVER...THE
  SNOW SHOULD BE MORE INTERMITTENT IN THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA
  VALLEY. THE SNOW SHOULD FINALLY TAPER OFF COMPLETELY EARLY
  TUESDAY MORNING.
