...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO
7 PM CDT WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for freezing rain and snow, which is in effect
from 9 PM this evening to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* TIMING...Expect a wintry mix to develop around 9 PM and then
  diminish around 7 PM Wednesday.

* SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS...Total wet snow accumulations of up
  to 3 inches with locally higher amounts possible and ice
  accumulations up to a tenth of an inch are possible.


* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...Look for reduced visibilities at times.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions...including during
  the morning commute on Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
