...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will
  cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
  Expect wind chills to range from 5 below zero to 20 below zero
  with the most dangerous wind chills across Central Kansas.

* WHERE...Portions of Central, South Central and Southeast
  Kansas.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ensure you have a Winter emergency kit in
  your car to help you keep warm should your car break down. Dress
  in layers and ensure you do not have any exposed skin if you go
  outside. Make sure your head, hands and feet are especially well
  protected!

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
