* SNOW SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2500 FEET EARLY ON
  MONDAY MORNING. BELOW 2500 FEET...TEMPERATURES SHOULD BE ABOVE
  FREEZING...WITH MAINLY RAIN EXPECTED. ALL LOCATIONS SHOULD HAVE
  TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING EARLY MONDAY EVENING...AND
  PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME SNOW IN ALL AREAS. SNOW SHOWERS WILL
  CONTINUE AT TIMES INTO THE DAY TUESDAY...AND THEN BEGIN TO TAPER
  OFF.

* SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE OVER A PROLONGED PERIOD...WITH TOTALS BY
