THURSDAY...

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...5 to 10 inches

* WINDS...South 10 to 15 mph, switching north 10 to 20 mph
  Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...The snow should make mountain roads and passes icy
  and slippery posing a danger to traffic.
