* PRECIPITATION TYPE...SNOW

* ACCUMULATIONS 3 TO 5 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY 20 TO 30 MPH WITH
  GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH TO AROUND 10
  MPH SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

* TEMPERATURES...DROPPING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS TONIGHT AND
  SATURDAY...THEN BELOW ZERO SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

* WIND CHILLS...20 TO 35 DEGREES BELOW ZERO TONIGHT THROUGH
  SATURDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY. THE HEAVIEST
  SNOW WILL BE TONIGHT. LOWEST WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED LATE
  TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS AND TRAVEL WILL BE
  DIFFICULT. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED BELOW ONE-HALF MILE AT
  TIMES IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. THE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND
  CHILLS WILL LEAD TO FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS
  ARE NOT TAKEN.

TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED
VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF

* TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA DURING THE
  REMAINDER OF THIS EVENING AND TAPER OFF NEAR OR SHORTLY AFTER
  MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL ALLOW FOR SNOW THAT
  FALLS TO STICK ON UNTREATED SURFACES. THIS MEANS UNTREATED
  ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND ICY THIS EVENING...MAKING
  TRAVEL DIFFICULT. ADDITIONALLY...UNTREATED SIDEWALKS...PARKING
  LOTS... AND WALKWAYS WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS FOR PEDESTRIANS.

* WINDS...SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH THROUGH THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL
  BECOME NORTHWEST WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH TOWARD MIDNIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 20S.

STAY INFORMED AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN DRIVING IN ANY SNOW
