11 AM EST TUESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 11 AM EST TUESDAY. THE WINTER
STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...MONROE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL DEVELOP
  AFTER SUNRISE THIS MORNING AT HIGHER ELEVATION. SLEET WILL MIX
  IN WITH FREEZING RAIN THIS AFTERNOON AS PRECIPITATION BECOMES
  STEADIER AND HEAVIER. SLEET MAY THEN TRANSITION TO WET SNOW
  AFTER SUNSET THIS EVENING AND BECOME HEAVY FOR A PERIOD TONIGHT.
  THE WINTRY MIX IS THEN EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF EARLY TUESDAY
  MORNING BUT PERIODS OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE
  MAY LINGER THROUGH THE LATE MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL CREATE TREACHEROUS
  DRIVING CONDITIONS. THE WET SNOW AND GLAZE OF ICE COMBINED
  STRONG WINDS COULD BRING DOWN TREE LIMBS AND PRODUCE SCATTERED
  POWER OUTAGES.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...1/2 MILE OR LESS AT TIMES TONIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING BELOW FREEZING THIS MORNING, THEN
  REMAINING STEADY IN THE LOWER 30S.

* LOCATIONS...CARBON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AND SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW
  JERSEY.

* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES WITH THE HIGHEST
  AMOUNTS ABOVE 1000 FT IN ELEVATIONS.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH IN THE VALLEYS
  AND ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 1000 FT.

* TIMING...LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE WILL DEVELOP AFTER SUNRISE THIS
  MORNING AND CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE AT
  HIGHER ELEVATIONS LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. SLEET
  WILL MIX IN WITH FREEZING RAIN LATE THIS AFTERNOON AS
  PRECIPITATION BECOMES STEADIER AND HEAVIER. WET SNOW MAY MIX IN
