showers likely after midnight. Areas of freezing fog and blowing
snow early in the evening, then patchy freezing fog after
midnight. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times in the
evening. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Lows 9 to 18
below. East winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts to around 45 mph
decreasing to 10 to 20 mph after midnight.
