CRAWFORD...BENZIE...IOSCO...WEXFORD...ALCONA...ARENAC AND GRAND
TRAVERSE COUNTIES UNTIL 500 PM EDT TUESDAY...

* RUNOFF FROM RECENT VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO PRODUCE WIDESPREAD
  FLOODING OF LOWLAND AREAS AS WELL AS STREAMS AND RIVERS THROUGH
  THIS AFTERNOON.

* ADDITIONAL RISES IN RIVERS AND STREAMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY WHICH
  WILL ONLY EXACERBATE THE ONGOING LOWLAND FLOODING. MANY OF THESE
  RIVERS AND STREAMS ARE AT OR JUST ABOVE RECORD LEVELS. SOME AREAS
  MAY REQUIRE THE FLOOD WARNING TO BE EXTENDED IN TIME.

* MOST RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL BEGIN TO SEE A DECREASE IN WATER
  LEVELS WEDNESDAY THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK. THERE ARE A
  COUPLE OF OTHER CHANCES FOR RAINFALL THROUGH THIS WEEKEND...BUT
  ANY APPRECIABLE RAINFALL IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOTORISTS SHOULD NEVER ATTEMPT TO DRIVE AROUND BARRICADES OR DRIVE
THROUGH FLOODED AREAS. IF YOU COME UPON HIGH WATER...TURN AROUND
