FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GAYLORD MI
507 AM EDT FRI MAY 27 2016

...WARM AND HUMID WEATHER CONTINUES...

.DISCUSSION...

NORTHERN MICHIGAN WILL CONTINUE TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
SOUTHERLY LOW LEVEL FLOW...BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE ATLANTIC
AND LOW PRESSURE IN THE PLAINS. THAT WILL CONTINUE TO FEED WARM
AND MOIST INTO THE REGION. WE WILL CONTINUE TO BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH ANOTHER ROUND OF THOSE EXPECTED
THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT.

HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL REMAIN ON THE HIGH SIDE. SOUTHERLY BREEZES
WILL BE A TOUCH STRONGER ON SATURDAY THAN THEY WILL BE TODAY.
