TODAY AND TONIGHT...BEING REPLACED BY SFC HIGH PRESSURE ON THURSDAY.
PERIODS OF DRIZZLE IN TRAPPED LOW LEVEL DREARY CLOUDS WILL BE THE
CALL FOR MOST OF THE DAY...FOR PRIMARILY NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN.
SOME CLEARING COULD SNEAK INTO THE NORTHWEST LOWER COASTLINE LATE IN
THE AFTERNOON...BUT THAT IS EXPECTED FOR MAINLY TONIGHT INTO
