THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...
EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...AND ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE GRAND TRAVERSE BAY REGION
THROUGH NOON. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL NOT BE SEVERE.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE AGAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE CHANCE FOR SEVERE STORMS HAS LESSENED
TO SOME DEGREE...BUT A FEW STORMS MAY STILL BECOME SEVERE. THE
PRIMARY THREATS WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL. THE GREATEST
LIKELIHOOD FOR SEVERE STORMS WILL BE BETWEEN 6PM AND MIDNIGHT.

THERE IS A HIGH SWIM RISK...INCLUDING AN ELEVATED RISK FOR RIP
CURRENTS...TODAY AND TONIGHT ON LAKE MICHIGAN BEACHES OF NORTHERN
LOWER MICHIGAN FROM LEELANAU TO MANISTEE...AND ALONG US-2 WEST OF
THE MACKINAC BRIDGE. PLEASE SEE THE BEACH HAZARD STATEMENTS FOR
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE AT VARIOUS TIMES FROM LATE WEDNESDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.
