* PRECIP TRENDS...PERIODS OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH LATE
  EVENING BEFORE ENDING.

* WIND: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO 35 MPH WILL SHIFT TO
  THE WEST BY LATE EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION: 1 TO 2 INCHES OF WET SNOW EXPECTED BETWEEN 4
  PM AND 10 PM...WITH EVENT TOTAL SNOWFALL OF AROUND 3 INCHES BY
  MIDNIGHT...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS

* MAIN IMPACT...THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND SNOW WILL
  CREATE VISIBILITIES OF LESS THAN 1/2 MILE AT TIMES. HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL IS ANTICIPATED.
