  CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO FLURRIES.

* WORST CONDITIONS EXPECTED...MORNING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON
  WHERE SNOWFALL RATES UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE.

* TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS...3 TO 5 INCHES OF WET SNOW THROUGH
  TUESDAY EVENING WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE FROM THE
  TIP OF THE MITT INTO PARTS OF EASTERN UPPER.
