WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 7 AM EST THURSDAY.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA THIS MORNING...MIXING
  WITH AND CHANGING TO ALL SNOW BETWEEN 2 PM AND 5 PM THIS
  AFTERNOON. A PERIOD OF HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED INTO THE EVENING
  AND EARLY OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* ACCUMULATION: 3 TO 6 INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW IS EXPECTED...WITH
  THE HEAVIER AMOUNTS EXPECTED ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS.
  AREAS WHERE ANY HEAVIER SNOW BANDS PERSIST MAY SEE UP TO 8
  INCHES OF SNOW.
