THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GAYLORD HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...SNOW OR A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SNOW IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
  INTO NORTHWEST LOWER AND EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON. PRECIPITATION IS THEN EXPECTED TO CHANGE OVER TO ALL
  SNOW LATER WEDNESDAY AND CONTINUE INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* MAIN IMPACT...THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BE WET AND HEAVY...WITH
  POTENTIAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 INCHES OR MORE. THIS WILL LIKELY
  SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT HOLIDAY TRAVEL.

* OTHER IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLE ISOLATED DOWNED POWER
  LINES AND POWER OUTAGES.
