  EVENING. A PERIOD OF BRIEF HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED DURING THE
  LATE EVENING AND EARLY OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* ACCUMULATION: 2 TO 3 INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW IS EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS: THE SNOW WILL BE WET AND HEAVY...WITH HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL EXPECTED LATER THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
