* THROUGH MID AFTERNOON...SNOW WILL TAPER OFF OVER THE NEXT FEW
  HOURS...ALTHOUGH GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE AREAS
  OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITIES.

* REMAINDER OF THE DAY...ARCTIC FRONT ARRIVES BY LATE AFTERNOON
  AND WILL BRING ADDITIONAL SNOW SHOWERS THAT WILL PERSIST INTO
  THE EVENING. WINDS WILL SHIFT NORTHWEST AND CONTINUE TO PRODUCE
  SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW THROUGH THE EVENING.
