WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS
EVENING TO 7 AM EST THURSDAY.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW LATER
  THIS EVENING. A PERIOD OF HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED DURING THE LATE
  EVENING AND EARLY OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* ACCUMULATION: 2 TO 5 INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW IS EXPECTED...
  WITH THE HEAVIER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS: THE SNOW WILL BE WET AND HEAVY...WITH HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
  EXPECTED LATER THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. IN ADDITION...THE
  COMBINATION OF THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30
  MPH MAY LEAD TO A FEW DOWNED TREES AND POWER OUTAGES.

* ACCUMULATION: 3 TO 6 INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW IS EXPECTED...
