  ALSO BE A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER. PRECIPITATION DIMINISHES TO
  LIGHT SNOW WITH FOG...AND A PERIOD OF DRIZZLE AND FREEZING
  DRIZZLE FOR THE LATE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 8 PM THIS EVENING
