  MIDNIGHT TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. PRECIPITATION WILL
  REACH A CHARLEVOIX-GAYLORD-TAWAS CITY LINE BETWEEN 5 AND 7
  AM...AND THE REMAINDER OF NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN BETWEEN 7 AND
  9 AM.

* TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF 0.10 TO 0.20
  INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY 10 AM WEDNESDAY...WITH THE GREATEST
  AMOUNTS OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS OF NORTH CENTRAL LOWER
  MICHIGAN.

* IMPACTS...SLICK TRAVEL DUE TO ICE COVERED ROADS...PARTICULARLY
  THOSE THAT ARE UNTREATED. LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATIONS ON TREES AND
  POWER LINES...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS.
