...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

* TIMING...A BAND OF FREEZING RAIN...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SLEET AND
  SNOW...WILL SPREAD FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST THIS MORNING. THE
  FREEZING RAIN WILL ARRIVE BETWEEN 6AM AND 7AM IN THE
  CHARLEVOIX...GAYLORD AND HARRISVILLE AREAS...THEN INTO THE
  REMAINING AREAS BY 8AM TO 9AM. THE PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE
  OVER TO JUST RAIN BEFORE ENDING.

* TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS RANGING FROM 0.05"
  TO LOCALIZED AMOUNTS UP TO 0.20 INCHES. THE GREATEST AMOUNTS
  WILL BE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS OF NORTH CENTRAL LOWER
  MICHIGAN.

* IMPACTS...VERY SLICK TRAVEL DUE TO ICE COVERED
  ROADS...PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT ARE UNTREATED. LIGHT ICE
  ACCUMULATIONS ON TREES AND POWER LINES...ESPECIALLY OVER THE
  HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT A PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN
WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR ICE COVERED AND
VERY SLIPPERY ROADS...AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
