A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS UPSTATE NEW YORK TODAY WITH SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM POSSIBLE. SOME LOCATIONS
MAY END UP REMAINING DRY AS THE RADAR IS SHOWING A LARGE
RAIN-FREE AREA AHEAD OF THE FRONT. THE FRONT WILL BE CLEAR OF
WESTERN NEW YORK BY EARLY AFTERNOON THEN CLEAR OF CENTRAL NEW
YORK BY THIS EVENING. COOLER AND DRIER WEATHER WILL FOLLOW THIS
COLD FRONT. EXPECT RH TO DROP TO THE MID 40S THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
AFTERNOON WITH PEAK WINDS 8-12 KNOTS.
